<p>All affiliates requesting their affiliate commission rewards are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process through SumSub. Our risk team will provide the affiliate with a SumSub verification link to initiate the KYC process, which must be successfully completed to ensure compliance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.</p>
<p>Affiliate commission rewards will only be processed once the KYC verification has been approved, irrespective of the chosen payment method. If the&nbsp;<span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 230);"><a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://citytradersimperium.kb.help/when-do-i-complete-kyc-and-what-documents-are-required/" style="color: rgb(13, 13, 230);" target="_blank">KYC verification</a></span> is not approved by SumSub, commission rewards cannot be processed.</p>
