We are aware that IP can change if you use a VPN or log in from different devices or locations. For this reason, we do not have a fixed IP rule that could ban you or terminate your account for a change in IP.
However, we do look for suspicious patterns by considering multiple factors, such as the IP Address and Device.
If we notice a suspicious pattern, we don't immediately terminate your account. Instead, we send you an email giving you all the facts from our investigation and offering you the chance to provide proof or an explanation to defend your position.
If we find that your explanation is contradicting with our investigation result, then your account will be terminated.
However, if your proof is satisfactory and does provide a valid reason, then you will be able to continue trading.
To avoid any disruption to your trading, we advise that you keep trading using the same devices.
