How Do I Request a Payout?

Your Dashboard Wallet is where you collect all your payouts, rewards, affiliate commissions, bonuses, and giveaways. It’s your personal payout hub!

Each trader is provided with their own unique Wallet, ensuring that their transactions are neatly organised and easily accessible for withdrawal.

 

🔷 Step 1: Internal Transfers: Payouts from Trading Account to Wallet

Before withdrawing your payout from your trading account, you need to move it into your Wallet.

How to Request an Internal Transfer?

1. Go to your Dashboard and select the trading account with profits.

2. Request an Internal Transfer to your Wallet.

The Internal Transfer Processing Time may take up to 2 business days, as our risk team will manually review each request to ensure compliance with our terms and conditions. If we need more info, we’ll email you.

Once your payout is approved and available in your Wallet, you can request that it be paid to your Bank Account or Crypto Wallet (Depending on your banking details uploaded).

 

🔷 Step 2: Withdraw Funds from Wallet to Bank or Crypto

Once your payout is in your Wallet (or affiliate commission), you're ready to get paid!

How to Request a Payout?

  • Add your Banking of Crypto info (if you haven't done it yet).
  • Go to your Wallet tab inside your dashboard.
  • Click the “Withdrawal” button.
  • Choose Bank Transfer or Crypto Payout.

The Processing time is 1 business day after the request.

Minimum withdrawal: $100: If your Wallet balance is under $100, the request will be rejected.

What Happens Next?

  • Your requested funds will show as ‘Locked’ during processing.
  • The “Withdrawal” button will say ‘Pending Request’ until your payout is complete.

 


 

🔷 Essential Guidelines You Should Know

Payout Processing Cut-Off Times

1. Weekday Cut-Off Time

Requests before 15:00 GMT will be processed within the timeframes above.

Requests after 15:00 GMT.will be handled the next business day.

2. Weekend Cut-Off Time

Requests (Friday after 15:00 GMT to Sunday) will be processed on Monday.

 

NO 3RD-PARTY PAYOUT POLICY

No third-party payouts allowed — payouts must go to the same person as your CTI account.

 

REFUND FIRST POLICY
(Card Payments Only)

If you paid using a credit or debit card, here’s how your payout will be processed:

First, we will refund your payout back to the same card(s) you originally used to pay.

Then, if there's any remaining amount, it will be sent to your bank account or crypto Wallet (whichever you’ve provided us in your Dashboard).

Example:

  • You paid $3,000 in total using your cards.
  • You requested a $8,000 payout.
  • $3,000 will be refunded to your cards.
  • The remaining $5,000 will be paid to your bank or crypto wallet.
