To protect against fraudulent activities, you are allowed to trade from a maximum of 2 devices: one from your PC or Laptop and another from your Mobile Phone.
This helps us ensure that the person who signed up with us is the one trading the account and not someone else trading on the client's behalf.
If you believe you need to trade from additional devices, you must submit a request to CTI by emailing support@citytradersimperium.com and get approval from CTI.
Please note that approvals are subject to having a valid reason for needing extra devices. In such cases, we might request proof during a video call with our support team.
If we detect an unusual number of devices being used to trade the account, this will result in the immediate termination of your agreement, with no refund policy.
