How to Navigate Through Zealy?

Zealy is an exciting platform for completing tasks and earning rewards through our CTI Loyalty Points Program.

Here’s a comprehensive Step-by-Step Guide to Navigating the Zealy Platform.

Check your leaderboard rank, submit and claim quests, and track your progress:

Before you start earning CTI Loyalty Points, register a Zealy account and link it to your CTI dashboard.

Step 1: Go to the Zealy registration page.
Step 2: Register using the same email address associated with your CTI dashboard. This ensures your points are accurately tracked and linked to your CTI account.
Step 3: Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to verify your email address.
Step 4: Once verified, log in to your Zealy account to earn and track your CTI Loyalty Points.

Zealy features a leaderboard that shows your rank based on the CTI Loyalty Points you've earned.

Step 1: Log in to your Zealy account.
Step 2: Navigate to the "Leaderboard" section in the main dashboard or menu.
Step 3: View your current ranking based on the CTI Loyalty Points you’ve earned.
Step 4: Monitor your progress and aim to improve your rank by completing more quests and accumulating more points.

To earn CTI Loyalty Points, you’ll need to complete quests on Zealy.

Step 1: On your Zealy dashboard, go to the "Quests" section.
Step 2: Browse the available quests and select the ones you want to complete. Each quest will specify how many CTI Loyalty Points you can earn.
Step 3: Follow the instructions for each quest carefully. This may include activities such as sharing content, attending events, or performing platform-specific actions.
Step 4: Once you’ve completed the quest, return to the quest page and click "Submit" or "Claim" to officially submit your task for review.

After submitting your quest, your task will be reviewed before approval.

Step 1: Once submitted, your quest will be marked as "Pending Review."
Step 2: Wait for the CTI team to verify your completion. Depending on task complexity and submission volume, This may take a few hours to a couple of days.

Note: Ensure you’ve followed the instructions accurately to avoid rejection and ensure successful verification.

Once your quest is reviewed and approved, you’ll be notified via your Zealy Inbox, and your CTI Loyalty Points will be credited to your account.

Step 1: You’ll receive a notification in your Zealy account Inbox confirming your approved quest.
Step 2: Once approved, the corresponding CTI Loyalty Points will be added to your account leaderboard.
Step 3: You can check your updated points balance and see how close you are to earning rewards through the CTI Loyalty Points Program.
