Once the client accesses the trading dashboard and at least one transaction has been executed on the funded account, the client must refrain from disputing the payment or initiating any chargebacks.
This agreement is binding from the moment the first transaction is made on the demo account and is enforceable under the terms and conditions the client signed up to.
Disputing a payment while having an active account with CTI
If a client initiates a chargeback or dispute while having an actively funded account, CTI reserves the right to suspend all accounts associated with the client until the client compensates CTI for the full amount of the disputed fee in cryptocurrency.
Should the client win the chargeback or dispute, CTI reserves the right to:
- Not restore the disputed funded account at any future date.
- Suspend any other active accounts the client has with CTI.
If a client desires to reestablish their relationship with CTI at a future date, the client must settle the full amount of the previously disputed funded account fee, in addition to the fee for any new account in crypto + 5% Admin Fee.
The client will not be allowed to make any future transactions using card payments.
This measure is in place to prevent any further instances of unjustified chargebacks and to cover administrative fees associated with such chargebacks.
