When requesting a payout reward, it's important to understand that this is handled through our Dashboard Wallet.
The Dashboard Wallet is a central hub where all internal transfers from your various trading accounts converge. It also includes affiliate commissions, as well as any rewards, bonuses, or giveaway funds that you accrue. Each trader is provided with their own unique Wallet, ensuring that your transactions are neatly organized and easily accessible for reward.
Internal Transfer From Trading Account to Dashboard Wallet
This is where you request the transfer of your profit share from your various trading accounts into your Dashboard Wallet.
All Internal Transfers to the Wallet must be approved by our review team. Please note that these transfers are specifically for moving your profit share from your trading accounts into the Wallet, where it becomes available for reward.
Our accounts department manually reviews each Internal Transfer request to verify its authenticity. We aim to process these within 2 business days of receipt. If we need more information to complete your transfer, we will reach out to you via email.
Once your profit share has been approved and made available in your Wallet, you can move on to request a reward to your Bank Account or Crypto Wallet.
Reward requests from the Wallet to a Bank Account or Crypto Wallet
Congratulations! Once your funds are available in your Wallet, you are ready to initiate a reward to your Bank Account or Crypto Wallet. Simply use the 'Withdrawal' button located in the Wallet tab of your Dashboard to proceed.
Please note that reward requests are processed within 1 business day from the receipt of your reward request.
Keep in mind that the minimum amount you can withdraw is $100. Any requests for rewards less than this amount will be automatically rejected until the balance in your Wallet reaches at least $100.
Also, be aware that once you've requested a reward, the funds will be marked as 'Locked' in your Wallet, indicating they are in the process of being transferred. During this time, the withdrawal button will show a 'pending request' status until the reward has been fully processed.
Important Notes
1) The requested Internal Transfer amount should be less than or equal to the account's net profit at the time of the processing of your Internal Transfer request to your Wallet.
2) Please be aware that our cut-off time for Internal Transfers and Reward Processing is 15:00 GMT. Requests submitted before this cut-off will be processed within 24 hours for Rewards and within 48 hours for Internal Transfers; those submitted after will be processed the following business day.
3) Any rewards or Internal Transfers requested on the weekend (from Friday after 15:00 GMT to Sunday 00:00 GMT) will be processed within the following business day.
4) CTI does not allow third-party reward requests. Rewards must be returned to a bank account under the same name as your verified funded account.
5) Bank Wire Transfers may take up to 14 business days and incur additional intermediary and/or beneficiary fees depending on the bank account used.
6) Crypto Payouts could take between 24 to 48 business hours.
7) If the total reward amount is equal to or less than the total fees paid, the reward will be processed in the form of a refund to the same card(s) paid with.
8) If the total reward amount exceeds the total fees paid, the reward will be processed to the Bank Account or Crypto Wallet specified in the Bank Details section inside the Client's Dashboard.
