There is no KYC (Know Your Customer) process initially when you sign up. However, we will require you to submit your KYC documents in the following situations:

  • After passing the 2nd phase of the 2-Step Challenge; or
  • After passing the 1st phase of the 1-Step Challenge; or
  • After passing the 1st level of the Instant Funding; or
  • When an affiliate request their first referral commission reward
  • When you request your first reward on the 1st level of the Instant Funding Pro
(as there is no challenge or evaluation phase for this program).

Completing the KYC with CTI is done through our third-party software, SumSub. This process can be easily completed from within the Client Dashboard by following these steps:

  • Click on the 'Profile Settings' tab, scroll down, then select 'Verify'.
  • Follow the verification steps requested by SumSub and complete the verification.
  • Once your documents have been successfully verified, you will receive an email notification confirming the successful verification.

While going through the KYC process, you must provide the following documents:

  1. Email Verification: Verify that the email that you provided us is legitimate.

  3. Proof of Address: A recent Utility Bill, Bank Statement, Internet Bill, or Government Official Document dated within the last 3 months.
